GENERAL
Our physical store is located in Montreal, Quebec, at 4030 Rue Saint-Ambroise (suite 234).
Good news! You can reserve your outfit up to a year in advance.
In the event that you rent items urgently online for an event that is for a close date, be sure to order the outfit at least seventy-two (72h) before your event to ensure its availability. To avoid unpleasant surprises, we recommend that you contact a member of our team for any questions regarding delays and shipping before renting the items to ensure that delivery will be made before your event. For in-store rentals following an appointment, you can rent for the same day.

YES, finally! To date, our service is available across Canada and eventually across North America.
We understand that some wear marks and small defects are unavoidable. This is why we include in the rental price, insurance covering damage and minor stains. However, if the fabric is significantly damaged or the outfit stolen, this insurance will not apply. If the damage is not repairable or if the item is never returned, you will be charged the value of the item.
The measurements of the models and the measurements of the outfits are listed for each outfit, please take your measurements before renting an item or visit us in store by making an appointment.
SIZE GUIDE
We unfortunately have fewer outfits in sizes 12 and up. However, our stylists will be able to find you the perfect outfit for your event, even if the inventory is more limited.
ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Although a rental without opening an account is possible, we prefer that you open an account so that we can serve you better. Contact us, it will be our pleasure to help you if you have any questions!
Once your reservation is made, you can change your choice of items up to 48 hours before the date of shipment of your dress.
If you are dissatisfied with the outfits received, please notify us IMMEDIATELY and if you respect the shipment of the items following 12 hours of receipt, MAISON LPRN will offer you a credit of the amount equivalent to the rental fee you paid. If the time allows us, we can even send you a replacement outfit. If the items chosen have a higher value, you will have to pay the difference. Otherwise, if the items have a lower value, we will not refund the difference, simply because the original items were reserved until the date of the change and were therefore not available for other customers.
FEEDBACK
An email will be sent to you to confirm the return of your items.
You can change the choice of your items up to 5 days before your in-store collection date or 2 days before the mailing date (unless an alteration has been made).
You can effectively return the rented items to the head office of MAISON LPRN located at 4030 rue Saint-Ambroise, suite 234, during opening hours.
LEASE
Rental prices are fixed for a period of 5 working days.
It is possible to rent your items with a fee of $10 per item, per excess day. The excess days must be determined at the rental, in the contract. They cannot be added once the contract is signed. Excess days will therefore be considered as a delay at a cost of $15 per day.
No alteration is permitted on the items. You will be charged for seamstress fees for any alterations made to the items in order to remove them.
You can change the choice of your items, cancel or modify the reservation up to 5 days before your in-store collection date or 2 days before the mailing date (unless an alteration has been made). If the items chosen have a higher value, you will have to pay the difference. Otherwise, if the items have a lower value, a credit will be given to you. An email will be sent to you to confirm your credit. No refunds will be offered, no exceptions.
No, we take care of it! The cleaning of the dress before and after its rental is included in the price, so simply return the items.
We will ensure that your items are pressed before shipping and carefully packaged. As you can imagine, some are more easily creased than others, so if your outfit arrives at your home with a few creases, we suggest leaving your dress in a bathroom while you shower, as the steam created by that -this will be effective in smoothing out your dress.
Considering the fact that we are a rental dress shop and that our dresses are worn/rented several times, normal wear and tear may be difficult to detect on certain pieces. Our team still makes sure to remove any damaged or worn items from our inventory.
